ART FOR THE
VOICELESS

canine activist artist

My name is HeIeza, and I am a pastel painter committed to ending canine cruelty. With each gentle stroke of pastel, I address harsh realities—every layer of pigment weaving together stories too often left in the shadows. My art gives a face and a voice to the silent suffering of dogs who have been abused, abandoned, or overlooked.

To me, pastel is both intimate and unfiltered, blending directly with my hands and heart. I use it to tell the stories of those who cannot speak for themselves—the eyes that have seen too much, the bodies marked by neglect, the spirits who either survived or slipped away unnoticed.

Though my medium is soft, my purpose is not. This work stands as witness, remembrance, and protest. Through my paintings, I strive to stir empathy, ignite compassion, and advocate for a world where cruelty to dogs is a thing of the past.

I invite you to join me in this journey—where art becomes activism, and every painting is a step toward justice for our canine companions.
